I used to think I just have to unconditionally support women who don't like anal sex and never want to do it. However, now I think it's my duty to look out for women who do derive pleasure from anal sex as well.
I used to think I know everything about how sex anal is because I know that you could go from PiV to PiA but never PiA to PiV (it's fatal to put fecal bacteria in vag canal). But there is so much that can go wrong, damage to the pelvic floor, damage to anal sphincter which leads to incontinence. I actually wish they would research this and make a podcast episode.

These poor women do this shit to attract and "keep" a man, without the knowledge that it can disable them, and without the knowledge that *men leave sick women*.
Imagine doing an act that puts you in diapers, in order to impress and/or keep a man, just to find out that men dip when your health dips. They will all gladly put you in diapers, but they're not about to stick around to help change them or drive you to your appointments. And they sure as fuck arent about to pay your medical bills either. "You chose this, after all" is what they will tell you, after coercing you, and right before leaving you.
