A very beautiful post about embracing the winter. I've been struggling with these long dark days, but I'm reminding myself this darkness can be a space of gestation and incubation. We dream in the dark. We imagine what is to come. We plant seeds for the future when they will bloom. Winter has much to give us.

Instead of doing resolutions for 2023, I am picking a Word of the Year. This word will follow me throughout the year and represent what I want to focus on. I recently came across this concept and wanted to pass it along in case any of you want to do it as well. If you pick a word, let me know what you choose!
