Sub-Reddit worries… it’s vanished?

DAE notice that the FDS sub went “dark” in the last day or so? I was clinging to it pathetically, reading every new post. It felt like I went offline for a moment, then came back and it was gone 😭😭

I’m going through a difficult experience trying to go (and stay) NC with a LVM. Without the Sub and the supportive voices there Im feeling a bit panicked. I have applied for verification here on the site but it will take the time it takes.

Any suggestions on how to access the sub?

The mods made it private for a Christmas break- they announced it earlier in the day. It'll be back in a few days

The mods have done it before, it'll be back. My theory is they took it offline because a lot of FDS posts got linked to r/Cringetopia recently. If you really need a quick fix, just look at a cached version from google search. You'll be okay :)

@Corgi That's a relief. I did notice several hot posts about FDS on other subs, all very hateful and woefully misinformed about the sub, as usual. Good to know it's probably coming back, just getting shielded from the trolls.

@Hale I don't have an accurate answer, but my guess is that it will prevent maas brigades of trolls making alts and/or trying to sneak in and do what trolls . Totally a guess based on what the person above commented.
