I do not believe British men are inherently better than American ones, nor do I believe I'll have a better chance of finding a HVM in the British crowd.
Here's why I'm asking:
I'm the American spawn of a British parent and nothing makes me feel more at home than another Brit. That said, I do NOT live in England so pickings are slim on this side of the pond. I spoke with/dated one guy who had been in DC for a couple years, but we parted ways because he had some things going on in his life that ultimately forced him to step away from dating for a time. He was just a lucky encounter on Tinder. I'm in no way limiting myself to ONLY British men either. I've dated men from all sorts of racial, national, cultural, and religious backgrounds. But British culture is a big part of my family's culture, and it would be lovely to meet someone from the UK.
If any DMV ladies know how I might up my chances of meeting someone in this region of the world, I'd be appreciative. I'm currently taking myself out on dates, I go on outings or concerts with friends, and I generally try to get out of the home primarily for my sake, but with the side goal of possibly bumping in to someone in the wild.
And if what I'm looking for is basically an impossibility in the DC region, that would be good to know as well

There are plenty of British people in the DC Area. You aren’t going to find whole neighborhoods though.
By British/UK, do you mean English, or any of the British Isle countries? N. Irish, Irish, Scottish, and even Welsh aren’t interchangeable with English.
In general: There are various British-specific clubs in the area. Especially football clubs. And if a supermarket stocks Bisto and Bird’s Eye custard powder, then there is a decently sized British population nearby.
Vienna has a decent British/Euro population that’s been able to keep Pure Pasty afloat for years.
Irish pubs are very hit or miss, though I think some of the ones in Old Town Alexandria and Falls Church still have British people showing up.
Anywhere around the IMF buildings or Georgetown will have a higher concentration of young ones.
There’s some in Bethesda and Silver Spring.
Most single British in the area are students, international finance, ex-mil, intel, tech, and a handful of embassy.
I met a cute British guy when I was a teenager at surf camp. I would try events or groups or retreats where rich Brits are likely to be lol or perhaps a British comedy show or well known British singer's concert? My dad went to see John Lennon the other day
