Looking back on all the white men I knew who wanted to move (or succeeded in moving) to Latin America, Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and Oceania, I can say, with certainty, that all of them were motivated by their respective racial fetishes.
Any single white man who moves to any non-white-majority country has a fetish for women of that country. There are exceptions in theory, but I haven't met any.
If you're a white woman who chooses to date these men, be aware that you will never "measure up" to the non-white servant bangmaid women they have idealized in their minds.
If you're a woman of color who chooses to date these men, be aware that they will have stringent expectations for you based on fetishized stereotypes (e.g., Asian women are submissive, African women are wild in bed, Latin American women love doing housework, etc.). Know that if you dare stray from these stereotypes, the men will, figuratively or literally, slap you back in line.
Add white men who regularly vacation in or want to move to poor eastern European countries. Because that's where the scrotes who want a white bang maid and to rape white child prostitutes go. It's disgustingly common. They claim eastern European women are still "real women" with "traditional values" aka poor, desperate and willing to play the bang maid because of that.
The only exception would be that he is originally from that country and is visiting actual family there.
And while you are at it: be wary of men who regularly vacation in prostitution hotspots in Europe like Amsterdam (Netherlands) or Hamburg (Germany). While there are normal tourists, especially men who travel alone or in male-only groups are more likely to be the "drink way too much and get shitfaced because you only know American beer, smoke weed, drive dangerously fast on the German autobahn in a rental car you can't control (because fuck the locals who are just trying to get to work) and enjoy legal prostitution" crowd.
Lets keep in mind that fetishization also comes from non-white males. Middle Eastern males for example tend to fetishize white women especially European Eastern women.
