Ladies I need some advice.
I’ve been in a recruitment process with a major company since July (7 interviews). On Sept 10 I had my final round with senior directors. Before that, HR asked me to complete an Excel with my compensation 10 days ago and later requested clarifications, which felt like a strong sign. Since the final interview, I’ve only heard they’re “waiting for feedback.” It’s now been 7 business days (with 2 public holidays in Mexico). Is this delay normal or a red flag?
I would email them for a response and follow ip, tbh I heard within a few hours for my job and previous job. HR recruitment ppl are genuinely assholes I’m ngel. I once had to wait weeks to months for a response. They have no empathy like cant they even ChatGPT an email lmao. They are Lazy assholes
I say write them back to check on a status update. I did that with my current job (after ai had given up hope by not hearing from them for a week) and they replied back saying they I was hired!
Four days.
For internal hires/transfers, I heard within the 3 hours.
