This week I ended my first month of my HVW journey! I really worked hard on my executive function, and I am so proud of myself for completing my month’s goals! Now this week (and the rest of this month), I am going to work on how I spend my leisure time, as well as not be so addicted to my phone.
1. I made some progress on decisions regarding the layout of my new house and I’m excited to get started 2. I pushed through a red wine fog to do an 8-mile run this morning and was rewarded with sunshine, incredible scenery and a happy dog and parent at the end point 3. I’m in limbo regarding what I do next work-wise and am waiting on decisions. It’s uncomfortable for me to not be in the know so gotta ride this wave 4. I’m going to trust the divine timing of my life. My job applications are in, I can only do my best. If the door doesn’t open etc etc Sending happiness your way, queens.
Results:
Work on certification course. - Success!
Start a writing practice. - Success! I set a timer for 10 minutes and just free write in a notebook.
Noticing what I'm throwing away. - Success! Wrappings for quinoa, cereal, and dog food; I can try to find stores that sells these things in bulk and bring my own containers to fill. Egg shells; these would be good to compost. Dirt from sweeping; probably also could compost.
Yoga 3x. - I did not do yoga, but I did do other exercises/movements, so I think that counts.
Meditate 3x. - Success! In fact I meditated everyday.
