It's inside of you. You have to get real quiet with yourself and do the hard work on yourself to find it. Gratitude, meditating, exercise, eating right. All of these things really help. Truly, nothing helped me realize my real power and worth like yoga has, though. And I wasn't even expecting all that when I started it. I was just trying to tone up! I was a little shocked at how much it helped me mentally. Maybe try something like that?
