I am ambivalent about this quote. Half of it I agree with and then she says that girls (children) have ultimate responsibility for their choices.

This is too much like victim blaming for me.

i saw it as this platform: raising awareness about patriarchal culture and cultural misogyny and following the handbook principles as a form of intelligent resistance.
