This attitude has totally ruined interviews imho, I feel like I have to hype everything instead of just being honest 😢 fuck scrotes for their dumb audacity
The thing is that if you have to do that, that may be a good vetting strategy to not want to work for them. Employers who hire based on "hot air" and do not look deeper may not be a good long-term fit. They would be the same type to have you doing scrote-boys work and gaslighting you that you are the problem because his incompetency flies under the radar - particularly if it flew through multiple rounds of interviews and a background check and he does not have nepotism.
