The matchmaking company wants to hire a matchmaker. The job ads says that the matchmaker's role is to meet monthly sales target by convincing new people to join its matchmaking services and that there will be uncapped commission rewards.
Seeing the job ad makes me view the matchmaking industry as fishy. The matchmakers are financially swayed by their companies to get as many people as possible to join their services. The company seems to value quantity over quality and it makes me question whether they prioritise setting women up with HVM. I won't be surprised if the matchmakers only care about creating as many matches as possible regardless of whether the people involved are HV or not to earn commission rewards.
And idk... figuring out whether someone is HV or not takes time. How can these matchmakers figure out if their male clients are HV or not based on short consultations? If anything, these men signing up for matchmaking services are probably LV given how they have to resort to paying with real money to find a girlfriend.

You seriously thought matchmakers had anyone's best interest in mind before reading that?
That really just sounds like a pyramid scheme, which most matchmaking services are.
Ladies let's all apply and sabotage the system from the inside.
You should read reviews on Google for companies like It’s Just Lunch . Scams. Some of the reviews said they didn’t have enough people in the database , so they’d hire people to go on dates!!!!!!
Thanks for sharing.
Substitute the matchmaker with an algorithm, and you have OLD. Matchmakers and OLD are crap for the same reasons. They want to maximize their user base, not make actual suitable matches.
They are all scammers. If it's not a random pair up computer program system, then it's literally just the workers bsing around and picking whoever. Ppl on Reddit have exposed them multiple times
