What's the difference between a racial preference and a racial fetish?

I agree with @femsupremacy,. " With males it's almost always a fetish"

Also fetishization is so dumb. They assume women of the same race are all the same. Those predators are probably creating an image of an ideal woman( submissive etc.) in their head and trying to force that on women. The world doesn't work that way.
