I think prolife men hate abortion cause it triggers their existential irrelevance by forcibly reminding them of their own loser male status

We already know that the logical endpoint of any patriarchal civilization is a surplus male epidemic. And we all know that you can restart society on a desert island with a handful of men and a crap ton of women but not the other way around. Which means the vast majority of men do not deserve to exist and if they do, it's largely because their grandfather's were rapists (unlike women who have inherent value no matter what thanks to the power to create life 🥰😝). Nor do they deserve to pass their own genes down.

And I think a lot of men are low-key going crazy over the possibility that they are in fact one of these surplus men who doesn't deserve to breed. And it's a fear/insecurity that eats at them to the point where even if they have families they are secretly worried that they only managed to convince a woman to be their wife by a matter of happenstance (i.e the Patriarchy they refuse to even consider exists) or sheer dumb luck.

So what does this have to do with abortion?

Well feminists have long since theorized that pro life men see themselves as failed abortions who their mother had no choice but to bring into this world, can't stand the possibility that she might have not gone through with the pregnancy if she had any meaningful reproductive freedom, and want to make it the problem of every unwillingly pregnant woman to come.

But I don't think it's the fetus they're overly identifying with. It's the father.

Because abortion at its core (regardless of the circumstance) represents male failure. If a pregnant woman wants an abortion, then the scrote who got her pregnant either failed to use adequate birth control responsibly or he failed to convince her that his seed was worth carrying to term.

In other words, the hypothetical father of an aborted fetus represents the ultimate surplus male- unworthy of reproduction even if he manages to successfully con a woman into giving up 🐈

And that is why (to me at least) the men who want to make banning abortion the hill they want to die on are always giving "embarrassingly insecure about their own status in the male hierarchy" which is why their heart goes out to all the unworthy fathers out there who deserve to be able to knock up a woman and force her to bring their child into this world even after she realizes what a loser he really is 💀
