I have read the handbook couple of times and everytime I see myself lowering my guard around men I always go back to it. How often does my fellow fds sisters read handbook and refresh it . 💙
I’m a very fast reader and easily bored reading the same text. I skim over every now and then, but what I’ve found helpful is discovering other FDS aligned literature that reinforces similar ideals. Like The Rules, or even other podcasts/channels.
I haven't listened to Maren W yet, but at your recommendation I checked out her podcast descriptions. In one of them she says she was kicked off Twitter for saying "men aren't women."
Honestly I'm not 100% sure I've ever finished it 😬 It feels like I've re-read some of the articles a dozen times, but I still feel like I'm finding new stuff in it all the time. It's probably 60% my dyslexia, the font and format combination of the handbook makes it difficult to read and remember.
