I am looking for fellow lazy ladies like me who are not very consistent with exercise and want to change that in October. The premise is to simply pick a 30 day fitness plan that appeals to you and stick with it. Anyone interested HMU in comments. Thanks

Hiya! I'm planning on picking up my old Yoga routine (30 min ish) for the next 30 days. I really want to pull the next 30 days through. I used to do it practically everyday till this year, and I really want to change that.
I think I am gonna choose a program from Dare Bee.
