Hey guys, I(24f) have to move out of my parents' house in 3 months but Idk how to achieve this. I'm trying to save up money through work, but Im overwhelmed because I have never been financially independent, even though I have lived independently. I'm getting super overwhelmed at what I need to being doing rn, can anyone guide me through this?
List of bills: tuition, rent, electricity, water, transport, costs associated with moving into a new place.
I'll probably have to get a 2nd job as well to pay for things.

SAFETY. Not letting just anyone know where you live or that you live alone. Don't tell men you live alone or where you live. I mean zero men.
Lock your doors, even during the day, and get some mace. Consider a ring camera.
I'm sure there is a little budget app or spreadsheet you can download somewhere. Overestimate on things to be safe, especially like groceries (prices have been insane for a long time). Estimate on gas. Consider your monthly toiletries, cosmetics. Chase bank will categorize and really help you budget. Could be worth a switch to them if they aren't your bank right now.
Also think about stupid things like cleaning supplies, paper towels, TP, trash bags. You may not have a perfect estimate of this group right now, that's okay. But plan for it and then keep track of what you do legitimately spend on these things. It will fluctuate and change but at least estimate them.
If you’re not on good terms with your parents, change of address so your mail isn’t sent there.
You need to have a nest egg before you move. Have at least 4-7K because so many things can happen that you will need money for. It might take longer but the safety net is well worth it. You should have at least a few months of rent and utilities saved and stored away. This will make it so that as you’re working and living alone, the stress of making rent will be off your back for at least a while, and you’ll have time to save for later months. Get all your furniture off of Facebook marketplace. I furnished my whole place (couch, dining table, bed frame, mattress, coffee table, lamps, fan, kitchen items, bathroom items, etc) for less than $1500 by buying used. You could probably do it for cheaper. There is also the option of a roommate to split these expenses with, or even multiple roommates in a rented house. Also, might sound crazy, but ChatGPT can be a great resource for getting a guide for moving. It can help you organize everything you have to do.
