Hello Queens!!!
It’s Monday and you know what that means….a new week to work on goals!!
It is such a pleasure to have this space and group to hold each other accountable!
For anyone not familiar or needs a refresher below are the ground rules of the thread.
This is a non-judgement free space. We want ppl to feel comfortable sharing what goals they are working on. If commenter feels that a goal someone is working on is too big please provide constructive feedback (no shaming) on how they can improve their goal
Please start a new comment when posting your goal and then ppl reply on to that persons goal. It makes it easier to be able to track it
A new thread will be posted every Monday morning and another new post on Sunday will be “reflections of the past week” where we will discuss the wins, challenges and action plans for Monday. So feel free to comment anytime throughout the week.
Goals can be in any area of your life that you’re wanting to level up. Some examples are health/wellness, career, school, friendships, hobbies etc
Exercise 3x this week for one hour each session.
Late to this thread but I am still working on my monthly goal of improving my executive functioning! Going to continue getting into a habit of having a daily routine and having better time management.
Taking care of myself, slowing down, and putting myself first. 💕 That’s it. Last week I burnt out and was nearly at the point of tears at work. No bueno! 🙅🏾♀️
A little late but journaling at least once this week. I need to process some of this trauma I keep lugging around.
Diet goals: eliminate, if not at least severely reduce sugar. Weight goals: weigh myself twice a week Body image goals: dress my body in a way that makes me feel confident Dating goals: break up with my boyfriend lol Exercise goals (almost achieved): 5 cardio workouts, walking on my rest days, abs 3 times (1 workout done) arms 1 time (done) leg day (scheduled for today) Beauty goals: do my hair Professional goals: finish my grad school homework for the week
Work out 5 times this week. Plan in conditioning days, I've been neglecting stretching. I'm preparing for interview so do one task towards it each day while waiting for the second interview confirmation. I've slipped on the homecooking so get back on the healthy batching, get something in the freezer.
