Where do you ladies buy your jewelry when you want to splurge a little bit? Recently bought a ring off of Etsy and I’m loving wearing it around, but I want to get something really nice for myself.

Anywhere online. You can get authentic jewelry for cheap.
I love vintage jewelry (especially art deco and art nouveau) so I mostly buy in antique stores, auctions and estate sales.
If that's not your thing I'd second supporting local artisans and gold smiths to get something truly unique rather than some chain that just resells mass produced stuff.
I live in a small town but we still have a locally owned jewelry store. I won't go anywhere else. Try to splurge on something nice while supporting your community if you can!
I like purchasing jewelry from local artisans, usually found at local boutiques. If you have a jewelry shop in your area, I’d check there, and especially if you have a vintage/antique jewelry shop, they often will have some truly gorgeous and one-of-a-kind pieces.
My personal favorite is Gem Set Love, which is a vintage-antique jewelry shop in my area, but they also have an online store with every single piece available with photos on their website. Check them out if you like vintage and antique looks!
