Does anyone else get annoyed with femininity/ level up & soft life content? I just feel like its a scam. Especially the people that sell courses too. don't get me wrong the advice about bettering yourself is fine but I personally feel like it's a new way of being a pick me in hopes of getting a "high value provider". It's very overwhelming and i don't like how they make it seem like women have to change their appearance and act in ways that aren't really themselves to be a "dream woman" or "it girl" for a man. Nothing wrong with wanting to change your looks and style but that should be for you. And especially for us minority women from marginalized communities/ backgrounds a lot of that stuff isn't our reality. we would literally have to create that life for ourselves. Even with the trad wives content, that isn't the average woman's reality and who's to say those women are in healthy relationships anyways. Idk i just feel like it's just a new way to cater to men in hopes of being "picked" and i'd hate to see young girls and women fall into that mess because they think they don't know what being feminine is and also a lot of them don't really know men's true nature.

That stuff is making money by telling women what they want to hear. That there is an easy way out where you can still have everything you were brought up to value, and you don't need to work on examining your belief systems, you don't need to work on being financially independent and emotionally independent, and basically that you don't need to wake up to reality.
It's really gross on the way they prey on women's socialisation like that. I can't stand content that encourages women to stay in their Cinderella complex and not to learn and embrace their own power. It's scary, yes, but it's the only way women can move forward. Breaking out of this patriarchal system was never going to be a fairytale.
What happened to female level up strategy? They were on a good path..
But yeah, you aren't going to be a CEO or high-end manager listening to stuff meant to placate the masses.
If the motive behind it is 'how to be irressistable to men', 'how to whore yourself out to men' etc etc etc then run.its BAsically pick me grooming academy.
if the motive is maximum female pleasure and benefit, then, yes please. Being in my 'feminine' is lush.
Yup and the irony of those feminity / tradwife coaches is they do the opposite they preach. They are hustling and running a business. They're technically entrepreneurs, which wouldn't be bad if it wasn't the antithesis of what they preach to their viewers. They're just shills with no real principles. FDS and Ovarit are the only female-focused communities I trust.
It depends. Thousand dollar courses are a scam but tips on grooming and improving your fashion are genuinely useful in many areas of life.
You mentioned being a minority woman, so perhaps you might enjoy the Feminine Fancy on youtube. Also Chrissie has feminity playlists as well.
They are "dignified" pickmes
Some channels that are good are Natalie Clarice, Miss Fayes World, Joules Lo'well, Melanie Hamlett, Manifestelle, Tonya Tko, Ace Metaphor.
Sorry dear but dressing up has effects not only on men but people in general will respect you. Ru Paul talks about it in an interview with ophra about how "people treat you different" and how he doesn't get into drag unless he's paid.
Most men don't understand what hair to pick or nails that will look good, I've seen disgusting photos of grown men with their real dolls and how they dress them in ridiculous tacky club clothes. It's laughable. Those guru are not telling women to dress like Instagram models and instead clothing that garners immediate respect and power
THIS ⬆️⬆️⬆️
Also they treat women like shit, because if you don't follow their tips then you're ew disgusting no man will want a woman like that ew ew. yep i rest my case they're dignified pretentious pickmes.
