Chatted with a charming guy who invited me on a classy date, and I was excited to go.
Went to www.judyrecords.com and looked him up.
Up popped a few things. Speeding tickets. A divorce about 15 years ago--which I knew about, as he said he had been married once but they were no longer together.
But he did not mention that five years ago--10 years after he and his wife divorced--she filed a restraining order against him.
I cancelled the date.
Stay safe ladies ❤️
This is why social media bothers men. Because men can point to the narcissistic, self absorbing, comparison side of social media as reasons they don't use it, it really hides what they're scared of: finding out their past, finding out if they have a girlfriend or a wife. Google search the person you're dating.
Well done! As I always say, dating is all about early detection and prevention.
this is the kind of shit men don't have to worry about when they want to go on a date with a woman. and they have the nerve to say we have it easy.
That's terrifying. Good on you for dodging what could potentially turn out to be a nuclear arsenal's worth of weapons. I really wish we had such a thing here in the UK.
Genius! Thank you so much for sharing such an awesome resource!
Are you sure it was the right person? Cause I just looked up my ex's name, and over 6k records came up for hundreds of different people with the same name. But that site isn't accurate cause
I looked myself up, and my two divorces didn't show up. Everyone should look up their own name.
