Potential OLD (no pun intended) neg

So I'm in my late twenties and I set my online dating upper age cap to late 30s because I do have a little crush on a co-worker who's older than me so I figure I'm open to the possibility for the right guy so long as he's not regularly trolling for younger women.

Anyway, one guy liked me, I did not like his profile first. But then when I responded to him, he said oh snap you're 28? I said yeah if this surprises you maybe check your age settings. He claimed that he had just downloaded the app yesterday and kept the automatic settings.

This is ridiculous, not only because he's 38 years old and claims to be in tech, so certainly capable of navigating a basic app, but this man had to be sitting there swiping realizing he was swiping on a bunch of 20 somethings for a long time also can he even read? It says it right there first thing on the profile. I tried engaging with him and he brushed it off like "oh I don't mind dating someone younger but I never have before".

F*** off you geriatric clown, I don't doubt for even one second that he's been swiping this whole time knowing full well how old the people he's being shown are, not only can you tell just from appearances how these women lack gray hair and aged faces (we will all get there no judgment), but it says right f****** there on the top of the profile. I ultimately determine this to be some sort of neg, like this geriatric scrote thought I would clamber on my hands and knees to prove to him why I'm worth dating despite not being his usual type. Ridiculous, I'm sure he has his age setting set to 18 and would go lower if he could.
