Hi ladies, I was wondering if anyone had experience with essential oils? I currently only use oil sprays to mist myself and my room. I enjoy Palo Santo, patchouli and bergamot. Specifically, are there certain sprays or oils that work well for you to help you relax and create a "lighter" feeling space? Do you have any tips for creating your own blends?
