Hi ladies, I was wondering if anyone had experience with essential oils? I currently only use oil sprays to mist myself and my room. I enjoy Palo Santo, patchouli and bergamot. Specifically, are there certain sprays or oils that work well for you to help you relax and create a "lighter" feeling space? Do you have any tips for creating your own blends?

I like this alternative to conventional resolutions. Make two lists. On list A, put some things that you want to do more of and that you know will enhance your life. On list B, put some things you'd like to do less of. Throughout the year, try to do more of the things on List A and less of the things on List B.
