I agree with your general sentiment that women should wait a lot longer than they're currently waiting (at least in the West) to have sex, but I would never want to marry a man without knowing what he is like in bed.
One thing I cannot tolerate is bad sex. I won't even tolerate it once, much less for the length of a whole marriage. And unfortunately, sexual compatibility is one of those things you cannot verify until you actually have sex with the man. He could be HV, but if something about the way he looks when he's not wearing clothes gives you the ick, then he cannot be a suitable partner.
