Hello Queens!!
It’s Monday and you know what that means….a new week to work on goals!!
It is such a pleasure to have this space and group to hold each other accountable!
For anyone not familiar or needs a refresher below are the ground rules of the thread.
This is a non-judgement free space. We want ppl to feel comfortable sharing what goals they are working on. If commenter feels that a goal someone is working on is too big please provide constructive feedback (no shaming) on how they can improve their goal
Please start a new comment when posting your goal and then ppl reply on to that persons goal. It makes it easier to be able to track it
A new thread will be posted every Monday morning and another new post on Sunday will be “reflections of the past week” where we will discuss the wins, challenges and action plans for Monday. So feel free to comment anytime throughout the week.
Goals can be in any area of your life that you’re wanting to level up. Some examples are health/wellness, career, school, friendships, hobbies etc
It's been a hectic end to the year, but I'm here to get back on track for the end of it! Here are my goals for the week:
-work out 3-5 times
-drink at least 32oz of water a day!
-eat a serving of fruits and vegetables every day
I haven't really been taking good care of myself, so that's about it for now! I've also got a broken ankle, so I'm limited in what I can do as well. Have a good week (or rest of it) ladies!
Oh boy Now that I have finished my thesis, I can finally begin the rest of my life. My goals for the week include 1. Plan part-time workflow 2. Clear all backlog tasks 3. Clean hostel room 4. Host friends for one final "as a student" dinner 5. Spend time with my partner before we both leave for our homes 6. Pack up hostel room and chose what to take home and what to store 7. More LinkedIn posts 8. Start learning SEO
I missed commenting on the previous posts somehow. However, this week, I'm planning to either get around 60 chinese chatacters done or 300 vocabulary. Along with 4-5 episodes. Somehow all 3 together have been difficult. Another addition to goals I feel I will need to make this time is, stopping myself from texting a guy. I have successfully stayed away for a month and wish to prolong it as much as possible till I get my infatuation under control. (I'm an ex pick me) I'm still learning, still lot to improve. Looking forward to this week :D
